Return Policy
At Afrobloom, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality hair products that meet their needs and expectations.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
- Timeframe for returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any hair product for a refund or exchange.
- Condition of the product: The hair product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all seals and labels intact. If the product has been opened, used, or damaged, we will not be able to accept the return.
- Refund or exchange: You can choose to receive a refund or exchange for the hair product you are returning. If you opt for a refund, we will issue the refund to the original form of payment. If you opt for an exchange, we will send you a replacement hair product of your choice.
- Exceptions and exclusions: We cannot accept returns on hair products that have been customized or personalized for you. Final sale items are also not eligible for returns.
- Return process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via whatsAap. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the hair product. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or that we deem to be fraudulent or abusive.
